Beto, thanks for sharing your story. I had smoked for nearly 40 years. I tried to quit a few times. One time I quit for a year back in the 80s, but thought I could "smoke just one." So much for that! Other quits were much shorter...a few hours, a half day or so.
I agree with you...if I had known that I had the strength to hang in there, if I only had...I would have been quit a long, long time.
