You got it going on. Keeping a positive attitude, knowing it is my choice to quit, and long slow deep breaths has been the foundation for my quit.I whine through posts to make it through another crave.I'm a newbie still learning how to do this.
It has gotten sooo much easier for me. You are in the hardest time and you are doing great. Read, read, read. Education is the key. I thought I knew everything about trying to quit but I have learned alot here.
