Bear, it will only end when you decide it has to, & take the steps to see that it does. You know that, big buddy & you know you have all the help & support you need when that happens! I think finding something else to do that makes you happy is an excellent idea! If you get a rush from helping people here, maybe volunteering at a shelter or some other facility that helps people would be good for you. You still work at the golf course, don't you? Does that end for the season this month? I am with Tom, but am thinking working, something part time, because the extra cash would help. What else are you good at besides horticulture? Are there any outdoor rinks that need a caretaker for the winter??? :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 188 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,700 Amount Saved: $1,983.40 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 23 Mins: 39 Seconds: 39

Mr. Bear! You sound a bit like myself just before I caved and went back to smoking last time. All sad and depressed and sure that nothing would ever go right in my life again. Wrongo Mate! This could be the junkie just bringing you back around to HIS way of thinking! Shake that big furryblurry head and pull yourself outa this!!! Good morning Bear, Do you think you may have retired too young? Have you thought about volunteer work? In my opinion, there's no better high. I,m sick,I,m geneticaly fouled up,my brain is not wired properly do,es it realy matter how you look at it ?? I used to smoke I don,t do that anymore.I still abuse alcohol which must appear obvious from time to time.I can,t go to a race track anymore because the rush that I get is highly addictive dam I even get a rush when I post something that helps somebody here.So you see it,s one dam thing after another I wonder when it will end. :confuse: My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 173 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,114 Amount Saved: $1,730.00 Life Gained: Days: 39 Hrs: 12 Mins: 27 Seconds: 37
