So NOPE, smoking is not an option, keep on keeping on, keep on truckin, use a multitude of distractions, keep it light, make it positive and fun, know all the good you are doing for and to yourself, know that you can, notice how the craves begin to mellow, how you have time to thing about other things, how smoking isn't always on your mind, how it becomes apparent that it is not needed, that the friend you lost it still there it you, hear the cheers from within and from family and friends, take notice that it is fading however ever subtle. Remember to remind yourself that you are a hero, you have broken free, finally, broken free. Something all of us have been wanting, along many points of our smoking careers.
