Doodles, there is a post about bashing your husband with a skillet, that might be helpful to you!
You are 9 days a non-smoker, my friend, Your husband is what he is but YOU are a non-smoker and all you have to do to stay that way is not smoke!
Get out your reasons for quitting, doodles. Write in your journal about how his smoking makes you feel & how much you really don't want to feel that way. Then write down how you DO want to feel. I bet you want to feel proud of your quit, confident that you can do it, happy that after 9 days you have already given yourself the gift of a sense of smell, improved sense of taste, greater lung capacity and more restful sleep.
Others have said it, it's your quit. It is harder with someone else around who is not quit but we don't only do easy things, doodles, & you can do this hard thing.
You have been doing it for 9 days. All you have to do is keep doing what you're doing. Or, get a really heavy skillet...
