Thanks everyone, Sparky thanks for starting this thread. It is sweet of you to keep up with me. The holidays have been a bundle of triggers and I am staying on my toes. Things are going good one minute and I am crying the next. I am encountering alot of smokers that I have stayed away from. Can't stay away forever, I'm just powering through. Your support is great. Funny, I got rewards from my family (expensive chocolate) and it almost backfired on me. It made me crave and have thoughts of not being strong enough to continue. Now how crazy is that?
