I decided to quite the other day. its been 38 hours since my last cigarette miss it a little but i refuse to even take one puff even though my orignal quite day was Wednesday sept 12 i figured why wait I feeling good and and if i do want a cigarette i will ask my son if i can smoke and he will tell me "NO MOMMY DO YOU WANT TO DIE LIKE GRANDPA" and then that little craving i had passed after he tells me that. But i am making plans on painting my frontroom to get all the nicotine off the walls. I least I have my husband going outside to smoke wich is helping alot

I am so glad to hear that you want to stop smoking. Not good smoking in the car with little ones. I did it, but didn't know about the second hand smoking at the time. But I do remember my daughter telling me that the kids at school thought she smoked. They could smell smoke on her be because her parents smoked.
I used Chantix and it really does help. Just remember it is an aid you have to do the work. I took it a week while smoking then quit. You can do this.
Keep the Quit
