Hey Carlos, Congrats on not totally giving up on quitting. Don't feel like it was a total loss for having a big slip and fall. You still had a lot of days that were smoke free. Staying quit is the hard thing. I have seen a lot of people here slip in the past month. Maybe it was the moon or something. But now is a good time to reflect how you can stay quit, re-write your reasons why you want to go smoke free as well as your plan on how to handle stressful situations. Congrats on the new job, it may not be what you want but it is nice to have a warm and dry place to sleep and food on the table! We're here for ya bud! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 119 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,975 Amount Saved: $416.50 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 9 Mins: 45 Seconds: 10

Here's a hand Carlos! Welcome back!!!!! You haven't let anyone here down. You are here to quit and quit you shall. You know what it takes, Not One Puff Ever! There isn't ever a good time to quit. So you may as well go ahead and get it over with. You obviously want it. Otherwise, why would you keep coming back? Get rid of the smokes and get on with life. Ok, Granted the first couple of months really suck but it's smooth sailing after that. Refuse to be a slave to the cigarette any longer! You CAN DO IT!!! After many attempts to quit smoking, I have decided to try one more time here again. I know I let down many people for not sticking to my word . I have just recently changed to a new job with a lower pay and more responsibilities. I know this is not the best time to do so, I am stressed out and do not have a clear picture of what to do with my life. I know you friends and fellow quitters will reach out and offer me a hand and walk with me I am thanful for your help My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 2 Mins: 24 Seconds: 1
