Carlos, Welcome back!! It looks like you have a great looking family and great reasons to quit....they will love the new you. Good luck with the new job and just stay close, read and post.. Last night I read everthing on the internet that had to do with addiction that I could find.. I needed to know that what I am doing is not impossible. It helps for me to undestand why this is so hard for us ( or me ).. Just delay lighing up... and breathe My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 100 Amount Saved: $15.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 0 Seconds: 19

Carlos, Good for you for coming back, everyone slips and falls, I'm sure this is not everyone's first try. It certainly isn't mine. The main thing is you are back and don't think of your new job as bad timing think of it a great new start for you, you are a new person, a NON-SMOKER with a great new job and new kick at life. Keep posting and keep reading! Just stay in touch and we can help each other. Hi Carlos and welcome back to the battle against smoking. We've got some pretty committed new quitters here, We all know it's possible and we're all gonna do it! That's a good looking family! I wish my daddy had quit sooner and stuck around a while longer. Do it for them but most of all do it foryourself My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/17/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 312 Amount Saved: $54.60 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 11 Mins: 24 Seconds: 8

Welcome back, Carlos Yes, good idea...post every day. Our fellow quitter, JDK, makes a daily pledge to us (and for a while to his real time quit buddy) that he will not smoke. We, of course, pledge to him also. So, if you're up for it, I pledge to you, Carlos, that I will not smoke today. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 161 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,440 Amount Saved: $1,094.80 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 12 Mins: 51 Seconds: 44
