Hey Duddles for some of us we have to try a few times before the quit takes. I had someone tell me not to ever give up on quitting. You may just find yourself quit one day. So don't give up.
You can do this, but be sure you are comitted to the quit. Take it slow and easy and don't look to far into the future. Breath deep and exhale slowly, enjoy the breath. Drink lot of cool water, feel it as it goes down the throat, oh how nice it feels. Visualize walking without gasping for air. Now start walking and ejoy the moment. See it can be good.
Glad you are back!!!
Keep the Quit
