Its going to be alright you know, you will learn more about yourself than you ever thought. I did not realize this fact when I started my quit, but the knowledge comes as a result of weaning ourselves from the substance that has stood between us and us (if you know what I mean)...There arises a certain pride in us as we begin to understand that we can handle the highs and lows of living sans cigarettes.
That pride gives birth to a new confidence and that confidence allows us to act and react to the world in a new and wonderful manner. Take your time, ponder and be mindful of all the changes. Some will be uncomfortable, but your new strength will grant you the power of acceptance and that, in my mind, is the key to living.
Don't be afraid of doing this wonderful thing for yourself...You deserve it...
