Um, Ima?
Is there some reason you're gonna lose your mind?...and is there a specific time? Cause I'll be sure to be here :p
I've always been told....Don't mess with what's not broken

Imaquitter,
Keep up this positive quit and know that you are doing this! Be ready for those craves and get yourself moving! Use every night to reward and pamper yourself before bed, thus waking up refreshed and ready to go :)
We are behind you every step of the way :)

ImaQuitter, silly girl! It's not even that you CAN quit. Look at your meter, you HAVE quit. You are 5 days a non-smoker & you will stay that way as long as you don't smoke!
Be excited, keep feeling good about it & before you know it, like Anna said, you'll be at 150 days!
You're freakin' gorgeous!

That is A-okay to feel good about your quit!!! Stay positive and excited and your 5 days will turn into 50, then 100, then 150.......
It is the people who are happy they quit that succeed. Be happy.

Okay - I'm not getting too excited here, but I am feeling WAY too good about this quit! I'm realistic and I have had a few super bad moments but all my triggers aren't getting me down. I even dreamed I had quit smoking and was happy about it. Yes, the voice still tells me its time to smoke but now it is more of an annoyance than anything. This site and the wisdom on it are invaluable. I don't just think I can quit, I KNOW it!
Thanks for all the support - again, remind me of the post when I lose my mind in the next few weeks!
