MISSING, BUT NOT WANTED

Ditto Tresa. I do not crave cigarettes any more even in the most trying of circumstances (don't even think about them)but I still get occasional subconscious triggers from nowhere similar to Tresa's Walmart experience. I just chuckle and get on with my life! It is over, you know. My early morning craves are gone - I don't even think about it. I must say like Tresa, I have this moments where I reach in my purse and think I am going to smoke. Its like having someone else in my body doing it. Also - those "trigger" times are still there. But I don't mind. They just remind me how strong I am. My parents were here visiting last weekend and I didn't feel the pull to escape for a smoke. Rolled my eyes a few times when mom wasn't looking, but didn't feel the need to run off and get a nic lift! First thing in the morning craves are mostly gone. It's such a pleasure to realize that I haven't even thought of it sometimes. I can't really say I have regular craves anymore. I have those "I would smoke now" thoughts but not often. Mostly if I'm nervous, stressed out or angry. I just tell the junkie I don't have the time todeal with her whiny ass & she can kiss mine.
