Better to have slipped than to not have tried at all
People who hide their head in the sand and briefly come up for a look every year or two tend to ignore that they smoke. Only when they hear a familiar voice say are you still smoking or when ARE you going to quit do they become aware and then they sheepishly settled back into the pit they reply, yea, I know, I should and I will just as soon as I suck this one down. Hearing that over and over again made me feel about 2 feet tall? Being aware is something trying to change is everything.
