thanks guys and thanks Jose'. And should clarify to the group. I did mention that to my doctor on my last visit that I was saving a few in case of emergency but didn't think I would ever need one! Jon, Glad to see that you made it through! ( Never really had any doubt!!) Always make sure you check with your doctor before making your own judgments about medications. They can advise you about medication side effects, dosages or one time usage. Better to be safe :) Josie, Support Specialist

Hey John. Good decision about reaching for the chantix and not the smokes. You and Sue are doing great in your quits. Aruba sounds nice! You seem to have some cool rewards! Hey Sparky! I wanted to tell you that you always seem to have the cutest images! Love the animations :) Well as far as taking a Chantix, I felt kinda bad like I was using it for something I wasn't supposed to. But anxiety is a side affect of quitting and it did do a great job. Gosh is amazing you are still on it after so long, one of my co-workers is as well. Some say to wean off them slowly (I didn't but Sue did) Sure is nice being off the Chantix AND the cigarettes! Have had no problem spending money. In fact Sue and I are now counting the days till we in Aruba! Glad you are so much better :) I am on my last week. I cut three of them a half and will be done on Sunday. The mood maybe because of where we are in our quits also. I have been kinda bit##y myself. Kinda wanting to smoke, but not really if that makes any sense. Main thing is we are quit !!!!! Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 112 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,120 Amount Saved: $336.00 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 2 Mins: 48 Seconds: 35

Saturday I had been really edgy. Not to the point where I would ever smoke, that will just never happen, but just feeling really tense and a lot of anger and no reason for it. Not sure if it could be related to quitting or what after all over 100 days so I know it's not nicotine. Then said screw it, I had been saving two weeks of Chantix for just this kind of emergency so took 1/2 pill and was fine the rest of the day and have been ever since. We all know that it is an anti-depressant that was sold as a quit smoking pill and is somtimes used to treat anxiety. So I decided to use it for what it is. Maybe it was wrong, but it sure helped. Chantix saved my A%% once again :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,725 Amount Saved: $381.50 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 20 Mins: 3 Seconds: 58
