Bear, Maybe giving yourself an allowance would help? If you want something bigger, you'll need to save. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

I've rewarded the heck out of myself, too, have to back off for awhile. Now I get little rewards like taking my kids to a movie or out to eat, instead of computers & leather jackets. I have to let my money saved catch up to my money spent & then I'll be back at it!! But at least you'll be healthy, lol :) So what kind of rewards are u getting? Is it possible that your rewards are taking the place of the "instant gratification" that u use to get from smoking? Whatever the case may be the important thing is that your smoke-free & doing gr8 :) Just breathe.........
