Stef The World Health Organization has a good site...not sure about the videos, but graphics. Also, the American Lung Association has some good interactive things about lungs..structure and function and disease. I think Mercy knows some good sites. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 140 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,600 Amount Saved: $952.00 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 12 Mins: 4 Seconds: 9

Hi everybody! Hope you had a nice smoke-free day. Whenener it gets harder for me to ignore my junkie thoughts, i like to go on the internet and search for some good ad commercials or videos about quitting smoking. I find that they help me with the quit. Lately, i'm having trouble finding some. Does anybody know any good ads or videos sites that i could visite ? Thanks My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 37 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 370 Amount Saved: $148.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 17 Mins: 50 Seconds: 35
