Hi everybody :) I have good & bad news and it's all in the "Avoid slipping room". It might be helpful to read "Falling" & "Total Relpase" incase you're having any slipping thoughts at all. I did all the work for us tonight and it wasn't pleasant at all. I want to live smoke-free now more than ever. Needless to say I've taken 2 days off my meter for 1 cig about 3am on Sat and 5 cigs somewhere in these past am hours. I could go look at my posts and figure it out but I'm going to sleep. U all will probably be shaking your head & rolling your eyes at my shananigans over these past few hours but maybe it will bring u to feel how greatful you are to be smoke-free and not want to ever go back. Keep on keepin on :) But most importantly I'm here for my final quit now :) WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Just breathe.......
