Thanks to all you great people. Yes I'm still smoke free, I still have hair and I just pretty happy in general today. The kids all went home yesterday and I'm back at work today. Not having to sneak around to smoke made the week so much better. Just knowing I have choosen to not smoke makes me feel in control. Not smoking keeps me in control. I can do it. Good Sunday Morning. I am feeling so much better. The sadness I had been feeling is easing up. Still lotz of problems but still smoke free!! I actually kept three grand kids for five days this past week and we all enjoyed it.(for the most part. I had one melt down on the second day) I recovered and realized I am trying to be too much of a pleaser. Just need to keep not smoking as my first priority. WOW! I'm starting the second month.
