You're doing great Stef!!! Next time you go on a long car ride it will be a piece of cake because you've already conquered it. See that's the way I liked to look at things in the beginning, that there is a first time for everything...first time I had a cup of coffee without smoking, first time I drove to work without smoking, first time I finished dinner and didn't smoke, etc, etc, etc. The second time, of everything is always easier, until you don't even think about it. So conquer, conquer, conquer all of your first times and your cool. Actually you just got through a big unexpected, non-daily, emotional experience, and you came through with flying colors! You've got it in ya Stef, keep forging ahead, your doing wonderfully :)
