Audrey Your right, being in control is a little scary. However, I think that is it at the heart of the healing process. There have been times in my life when I didn't think I had control over anything. Now that is much more frightening than taking the wheel in hand. Someone once told me that living is like a football game, you can sit in the stands and watch the action or you can get down on the field and play. Life is short, you mind as well get on the field and have some fun...Stay well and quit... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 219 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,570 Amount Saved: $1,533.00 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 1 Mins: 45 Seconds: 36

Thanks newme Its been a battle royale for me, and quite frankly there where times when I did not think that I could give the weed the boot...But guess what it comes knockin at my door every now and again, but there ain't no one home...Stay well and quit my friend, quitting is the best present that you can ever give yourself. It is more than the cessation of an addiction. It is an affirmation of self that will pay huge dividends with each and every breath we take... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 219 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,570 Amount Saved: $1,533.00 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 1 Mins: 43 Seconds: 59
