thanks for all the warm support. I'm back on the horse ofter another failed attempt. The last relapse hurt me and my girlfirend. That pain is helping keep me smokefree for 2 days. Welbutrin has taken the taste for smoking out of my mouth and the last one wasn't pleasurable. I'll update my quit date soon. thanks My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/23/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 221 Amount Saved: $52.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 12 Mins: 40 Seconds: 42

Hi guys, I just want to say you are doing great. I'm not gonna kid you....for a little bit it is like climbing Mt Everest. But..... those that climb keep plugging away even though there is aches and pains. One step at a time. Some days the trail is easier than others. Some days the climb is steep. Ultimately there is ALWAYS A TOP TO THE MOUNTAIN!! All you got to do.....is have the propensity to get there. Your attitudes are great....and TELL YOURSELF.....I'M GONNA MAKE IT CAUSE I'M WORTH MORE THAN A LIFE OF STINKY SMOKE AND PRISION CHAINS OF ADDICTION! Freedom always costs...and the cost is always worth it. I am still tossing and turning and I am on week 4. Last two nights I took benadryl before I went to bed. Those were the first two nights of good rest I had since quitting. Hi Mr Lucky, I know what this is. You changed the date in your profile but you didn't hit the change button too. That applies the change. Its worthwhile changing it because then you can really see an accurate picture of how many you have not smoked and start to feel good about it.
