I will be quit 5 years in 2 weeks, and iam here to tell you that every struggle ive had is worth it, i dont let the games mess with my head any more, quitting takes nothing more than just saying NO. ive learned through my journy that is the answer, i am a non smoker now and i will be here for the next 5 years posting my stats and trying to help where i can, there is no magic , Saying NO is the only way.i can to answer honestly up until 2 years ago i still had struggles but the last 2 years have been great, were all different, i just happend to have a very hard time with my quit, Iam very proud of myself, iam useing the same will power now with my weight, it works good luck to you Tresa
