Unhooked,
You make a lot of people happy, thank you and that day 100 is just a nose shot a way, then 3 months, six months... bingo! You are doing swell. Let that positive mind set paved the way and get and stay busy. Idle minds make it easier for nic to stop by and say HELLO, HELLO, HELLO! :)

Oh stickin, thanks but I so don't have my act together. I still go cry in the washroom at work sometimes & I have to apologize a LOT. (You CAN get away with all manner of unprofessional behaviour by saying you've quit smoking & are having a hard time.)
I just know that smoking didn't bring anything good to my life & it was time for my last quit. I would have done it anyway because it was time but it's thanks to this site & all of you that I've been so positive & excited about it.
I only wish I could pass that excitement on to more people who feel despondent & deprived about it.
The no smokey hokey pokey is what it's all about! ( with ackowledgments to gonna & aloha! ;)

Hello Folks
It is not that bad and you have heard this, it is only as difficult as we perceived it to be. Distract yourself, find some fun times and become more like Unhooked who has got her act together! I don't see five years down stream however six month was good to me. I don't smoke, don't want to and will have nothing to do with it. I have too much on my plate to worry about, let alone than leaving too soon. Happy to have had the chance to life on God's green planet. Don't smoke!
