All in due time. Start out slow and work yourself up to the level you want to be at. I start watlking about 4 years ago, so that has been my saving grace with my quits. But I start out doing 10 or 15 minutes at a pace that didn't kill me. Then I just kept adding the time and the pace. I am no speed walker, but I get three miles walkes in about four times a week. I smoked for 50+ years. This time I joined a women's 30 minute work-out. I go to that three times a week, plus my walks. The 30 minute work out has saved me from gaining. I also pay attention to what I eat for the most part, but there are days I just have to have my cookies :eg:
You will do great!!!
