Tryagain, you've been sprinting long and hard for 180 days, but you've leapt and you're on the other side of that first year hurdle. Keep the faith and well done on a HUGE milestone! x T My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 206 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,738 Amount Saved: 1,133.00 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 4 Mins: 24 Seconds: 32

My well done Tryagain, See you have done it and the next six months will be easier. Now I want to share this with you, DO NOT make the mistake of lighting up. This quit has been very, very difficult and God only knows you dont want to re-live these six months again so DONT. Now you have to quit torturing yourself, keep yourself busy and control that mind of yours. Do not let it be a loose cannon control it!!!! Oh by the way, great job and congratulations. Six month is very, very big Tryagain, very big! What kind of a reward are you cooking up for yourself today? Congrats Tryagain! Six months is great even though its tough! But you know what they say about your expectations, if you expect it to be bad, it will be....maybe now that you are at six months, you can change how you look at tomorrow. "I believe the best is yet to come!" "The possibilities stretch out in all directions!" Its worth a try! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 143 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,575 Amount Saved: $1,508.65 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 12 Mins: 11 Seconds: 3
