Hang in there, this is not any easy process, but it is so worth it. Eventually, you will get to the point where the need does not weigh on your mind every waking hour. It will become more like a choice and less like trying to resist some obsession. Its hard to describe, but as you move forward, you will find that the thought of smoking is just that...Its a thought, like any other, that you can engage or banish...I know right now that seems like a lot of trash, but its true...The longer you remain free of smoking, the greater control you gain over the addiction...Stay well and strong...
