Go with the flow and when you feel yucky it is a good thing. First, it lets you see what you have done to your body....second, you know it is healing.
Everyones body gets on track at a different pace. We aren't healed in a one time event....but in a gradual trend.
You got a good quit going. You only have another week to make a month.........whoopie!!

It was the worse nights sleep i've had in a long time. I was hot, then cold, then I kept hearing things. I got up checked on the kids then tried to sleep again. I kept feeling like someone was watching me. What a bad feeling. Is this normal? I sure hope so.
