WOOHOO!! blue cloud!! Hell week & heck week down, way to go!! Hang in, you're doing awesome. It is difficult & kind of scary to start to feel emotions for ourselves instead of passing it off to the junkie. But, blue cloud, if you face it, deal with it & learn from it, you will feel so much stronger and it will only strengthen your quit! You're feakin' gorgeous! Today makes two weeks smoke free. Yesterday the cravings were bad but this morning when I got up I was really thinking a cigarette would relieve alot of presure. That nicodemon was in my head shouting. I read the Post from Lady and I know she is right. I need to just hold on by the hour. I accually thought It was going to get easier by now but I guess in all reality I have more issues than just smoking to deal with. I have been smoking for so long I now realize smoking is how I kept from dealing with emotional issues in my life. Get you feelings hurt, grab a cigarette. Someone make you angry, grab a cigarette. I'm really a wreck. My life is a mess. I have a lot to be grateful for also. I have great support and people willing to help me sort things out. I have to focus on the main think first. Don't smoke. I am willing to risk temporary discomfort for the rewards of a BETTER life. Thanks for listening~~BLUE CLOUD My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/4/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 280 Amount Saved: $56.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 21 Mins: 55 Seconds: 40
