Welcome back Carlos. I think you'll find no one is throwing stones here, we've all been there (though I wouldn't get to close to the bear right now). Sorry you had to reset counters Carlos. Is a shame to loose the numbers cause you did stop smoking for quite a while. Having a slip up is better than being a new quitter, but the counters dont show that. I noticed that when people slip up they do rarely disclose what made them smoke. I think it may be helpful to identify what it was and how you intend to handle it in case it happens again to avoid a second relapse. Everyone here has already said but let me hop on the bandwagon....DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP over this minor slip. I slipped more last year than an amatuer on ice skates =) You just pick yourself up, dust off your pants, and hit the trail again. You know why you slipped and all you have to do is make those reinforcements stronger. No one said you had to jump mountains....just go around the mountain and eventually the mountain will yield to you =) Be gentle w/ yourself, love yourself, reward yourself, and most of all reflect on the outside how you feel on the inside =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 303 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,545 Amount Saved: $909.00 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 9 Mins: 24 Seconds: 6

Carlos I had a major slip too. I tried to excuse it to stress, that's shame on me. You got right back to it, and I will too. We are all in this together. You did not disappoint me! Hang in, restart is good.
