You and I are living the same story. I went through the same test a few months ago that you are going through now. I did the same thing you just did went to the boards and posted. The first 3 replies I received back were from people going through the same stuff. Just keep busy keep walking, talking, eating whatever it takes to get through it. We have to learn to live with these stresses without smoking. Several months ago when my son was in jail the first response was have a smoke it will make it better but the reality was he would have still been in jail and I would have lost my quit.
