Hello Denver, Try chewing on some black liquorish candy, for Your cravings, I heard there is an ingredient in there to help with Your cravings, also might try half of a milk shake straw during those cravings, which only last a few minutes, You have to expirement what works, the same don't work for Everyone,
Also, I hope You have found something to replace Your addiction of cigerettes, like walking everyday for a couple miles, make a menu of healther foods to consume, Otherwords, keep Your mind busy with other interest, What You feel now about Your Quit, what You feel now will not last the rest of Your lifetime, I knew after 4 months, that was enough cigerettes for me, I would never go back down that road, It's now been a tad over 4 years for me, since a cigerette has touched my lips, and I can actually promise You, One will never touch my lips again, Positive Attitude they call it, Like a lot of Friends on here say, ''If I Can Do It, Anyone Can,'' So get the Eye of the Tiger Denver, and don't look back, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
