Bear, blunt but true. I have no coping mechanism for ultra-stressful situations where i can't get out. I need to change that in order to succeed. I am keeping quiet on the post front btw ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: 0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 57 Seconds: 19

Quit counter reset. Back to deep breathing every hour (well more than every hour at the moment). Sorry to say that my quit has ended as of last night. I got ultra stressed and resorted to smoking a bucketload. Spent the entire night kicking myself and am probably the lowest i have ever been. No sleep of course does not help that. So 10+ days wasted. Haven't told my quit buddy yet but I am glad she is doing way better. I am back on the quit today. I need some cheering up I think to get that positive vibe back. Weird thing is I cannot go back to smoking full time, so I am no officially in tortured soul limboland! Kev, No nicotine...for the first time in how long? Doesn't it feel great to be free? You are amazing, my friend, and I am so happy for you (and your quit buddy). I hope she knows just how lucky she is to have a friend like you. Stay strong... Phil may not be one for failure, but hes also not one to put himself through the hardships of quitting all over again. He tells us, I got to the point after about 10 days of not smoking where I decided I wasnt going to go through the hell of stopping again. So for me it was all or nothing. (Luckily so far it has been all). Kev I said this months ago..... Read and reread!
