That is cool - quitting smoking makes alot of sense. After three days your physical withdrawel symptoms will have passed - did with me anyway. Take one hour at a time - this approach helped me. Hey guys well today is the first day in a new life for me trying to be quit free i've smoked for 6 years but now I am tired of it and I want to quit this nasty habit :) I'm a 25 year old male from Arizona whos soon to be a non smoker! I look forward to metting all of you and just reading a few posts already I can tell this will be a very helpful board on my journy to stay smoke free. Almost forgot I have tried to quit several times without success but this time i'm ready for long haul and will not give in to smoking no matter how bad the urge gets to have one.
