Thanks everyone
I'm trying my best.
Being on this site helps me stay focused on this goal. It's still hard at times, but I'm glad I made the decision and have stuck with it. One day, one hour, one minute at a time sometimes, but staying with it. That's why I ran my flag up.
All of you fellow quitters inspire me in so many ways. Insight, humor, compassion, struggles, desire to learn, desire to remain smoke free. I think I might have been more tempted to smoke throughout this journey if I didn't know I'd have to come clean with all of you. Just can't face that at this point.
Anyways, I hope each and every one of you raise your falg, or your glass, in honor of what you are all accomplishing each and every day you don't smoke.
