Hey there peeps, It's good to have this place to air our dirty laundry, especially as there are so many types of quit methods avaliable these days. I'm learning each time i log on, but one thing still remains the same - at the end of the day.. Got to 'nut' this addiction thing out in our head & that takes time. Tresa, I still can't seem to be able to add you to the IM..............

I can't really be on IM as much as I'd like to be, but I CAN email and if anybody needs an email buddy, I'm here for that. We just need to schedule a time to get on the IM together to exchange that info. Tresa, I'm glad to see you here helping others too. I remember when I first quit, seeing Katy and Bubba who both had over 1,300 days on their meters and what an inspiration both of them were to me back then. I'm glad that you're here showing your meter, proving that it can be done! What an inspiration! :) Crave the Quit! Rather than yell and scream at you for having problems staying quit, I am asking all of those who are new, those who have recently slipped or relapsed and those who are on the fence about quitting, what would help you more? Perhaps someone can be your mentor to help you through the process. Maybe you need a plan, but need some help planning that plan. I know that this process is individual and none of us can quit for you, but if there's something that you need that you're not getting here, let us know! What can we do to help? Crave the Quit!
