Quitting today... for the 3rd time

I feel your pain. I have never been able to go over 31 days without caving. This time is going to be different. I almost have a week now and this morning was tough but I am just saying N.O.P.E. Read, let it soak in and remember you are the only one who really counts. One minute at a time. I'm sure we can make it!! The first time was for 8 months. The second was for a whole year. To be honest, I'm starting to doubt whether it will ever stick. But I don't even LIKE smoking, it makes me feel disgusting inside and out, and every time I take a drag that I don't enjoy, it really drives home how gross this addiction is. I've only been smoking again for about a month and a half, but it feels pretty entrenched already. I'm going to try cold turkey again, as that's what worked (temporarily) for me in the past. Alison
