Wow a whole month without one poison filled stinky cig! Don't you just remember how nasty those poison's tasted? ewwwwwwwwwww
Dismiss the negative voices in your head, they will only kill you. Addiction is sneaky and waits there forever, just waiting and waiting to catch you at a weak moment and hoping you'll cave in so it can kill you. Addiction loves death.
I know u remember how nasty those poison's tasted! If you don't, just ask me cuz I only have 3 days quit (this time) & I know exactly how nasty it tasted and how raw it felt going down my throat!
I also know that if Ms. Lady see's this post she's going to save my quotes & use them against me one day when I feel like caving, lol.
Mama Kitty, if you have to cry to get through some tough emotions then just let it out cuz after you do, you'll be happy that you chose to cry instead of suck in those poison's. And if you cry you'll feel much better afterwards. If you smoke you'll just feel 100 times worse than before you did. SO DON'T!
I realize it's hard when you're on vacation but nothing good comes easy & plus you have way too many people here who obviously care about you. Oh & you're just one person & not responsible for the political situation so let that go and just keep smiling those pretty clean, fresh white teeth at everyone you pass. One person smiling at another and another can make a world of difference in this world :)
I know u don't know me but I just see that picture you have & I had to post. If we would all take care of ourselves like we would a new baby or child, non of us would have ever started smoking to begin with.
One of my favorite places in Paris is across the street from the tower, u know the big tower lol don't remember how to spell Iffle, lol. There's a bunch of big statues and the ground is made of those shiny smooth stones & when I was there in 91 there were people rollerskating outside on the stones. Anyhow it's right across the street from that tower, LMAO. 4:30am here, bedtime.
Just breathe...
