Ilyk You're doing great! Were you able to identify the trigger for that strong crave? Was it because you were getting ready for work? Was it something that happened before that, when in the past you would have smoked? Many times it helps to know what triggered it, then you can be back in control of it. And rewards...rewards are always good :) -aloha

You'll soon be past this - those cravings will come and go but you will stay resolved and smoke free - I know you will!! ARGHHHHHHHH I knew it,arghhhhhh,after 11 days the cravings are hiting me so bad,all I can think about is of having a ciggy,NOPE,NOPE and NOPE,I'm figthing this with all my strength,but it's so hard tho,Thanks God I'll be of to work in a few minutes and somehow it helps me a lot,I promise that I will not smoke,I promise that I will say NOPE to this nicodemon.
