1st of all welcome around,you have made a couple of rigth decisions,to quit smoke and to come to the SSC forum.
Now take a deep breath and relax,we all have been there before,I'm only in my 4th day of quiting but I have some knowledge from what I have been reading here.
Try some relaxation exercises,get busy with your fave hobbies,do wahtever you feel like but PLEASE don't smoke,your coworkers will understand what you are going througth for sure and if they don't ,then it's their own prob,please don't give up hon,we are here to support you xxxx
