It has been a long time Imallclear. As I read your post my eyes immediately glanced downward. A tear of joy filled my eye. Appreciate your returning to show us your stuff. I miss not hearing from you. It keeps getting better and better. It looks to me that you have got what you set out to do, continue and if you haven't already, you are soon to find out that smoking is something that you can do without and later to find out "what was smoking all about anyway". You go get them lady and since I may not hear from you before six months, celebrate dear a major milestone! Hello 2cents, Yes however you have doubled your quit this time around from 46 to 91 days. Don't ever give up trying and do your very, very best to make this the final quit. I can imagine how discouraging it has been for you quitting a fews days and then restarting and I am sure it must get harder and harder until perhaps a person gives up or just doesn't care to try any more. How are you feeling at this juncture? What distractions do you have in placed? How came your SCC team help you to be successful? We want your success as well! I blew a 46 day quit 2 years ago. It took me 2 years to get up the courage to try and stop smoking again. Sure, I tried to quit a few times during that 2 year period. However, none of those quits lasted more than 3 days. If I blow this quit at 90 days. To be honest, I will probably Never attempt another quit. That's the best reason I can think of for me not to relapse. Each time you fail to quit smoking. It makes the next time tougher.
If you want to be smoke free, it is a good life, one without the attachments, the baggage; one filled with freedom more choice, more time, and self confidence. Most importantly you have done something for yourself, something that you have always wanted to do and now you have gone and done it. Imagine this, live this and believe this.
An outstanding statement in a great post!
