That is what my dr. wanted me to do, I choose to just do the patches, it was just me as I have so many bad reactions to meds. I do know of several who have done them together with no problems, really helped with the weight gain in some and not in others, will have to be your choice, and like all said here research all and get with your dr.

Hi, I have a date in early July and from my past failed attempts, I know I need extra help. I would like to know if anyone here has tried nicotine and welbutrin together? I know they say it may cause high blood pressure but I'm sure some have done it and so would I. thanks
