Deep breaths Ex-Roller! And you know what they say, give up the stress, because you are saying good bye to a killer! So relax, take some deep breaths and close that door on smoking, and never look back! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 108 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,700 Amount Saved: $1,139.40 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 6 Mins: 4 Seconds: 7

Welcome back Ex Roller! We're all in this boat together. I lost a 3 1/2 month quit just recently and have nearly completed my first two weeks over again. Glad to see you taking up the quit again. Good luck on your first day smoke free. Yeah, well folks after my fabulous quit in New Year 1996, I blew it last August and stupidly went back to smoking. Well, today I quit again so I reset my meter.... Last night my sleep was interrupted by thoughts of my impending quit, and this morning was really difficult, I have been more stressed about giving up this time round...but I am determined to succeed this time. It's great there's a big campaign on TV for people to quit with July 1st and the smoking ban in public places (which is great) So....I decided to stop by here - this place was such a strong support to me last time round.. So - HI AGAIN!!
