Janna & Straighflop It's great that you two are sticking together but remember, your quit is your own and shouldn't be dependent of the success or failure of others. Keep it up you two, you're both looking great! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

No problem. I like having someone who quit at the same time as me. I don't know why, but makes me feel stronger..... like if they can do it so can I. Scared me a little bit when I didn't see you post. Had in my head for a second... "if they can't do it, maybe I can't". SCARY!!! In any event happy to know you are okay and we are still "neck and neck"!! :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 225 Amount Saved: $45.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 7 Seconds: 57

Hey Jana, Thank you so much for checking in. It was strange because it was very hardwhen they got back but work seemed much better. in fact on my day 8 I remember going until about 1:00PM until I went. "Wow! I have not thought of a ciggarette all day. I thought that was great. I have been able to get in my head that taking that first drag off an ciggy will be painfull and not pleasruable so I really don't even want one. I crave one about 5-7 times a day now but those are all triggers from past smoking times. Having the kids back is nice but very stress-full. All is good so far. i wuess I never posted because i really forgot about smoking for a bit lol How are you doing? It's good to see we are still neck and neck... ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 225 Amount Saved: $45.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 4 Mins: 2 Seconds: 51
