I went smoke free on July 13th. Struggled through the craving but in a moment of weakness , i ended up smoking a cigarette today. I still think i can make it. This time i am more determined than ever, never ever to give in to that single puff.... i was feeling better , but never again will i give in to the moment of weakness .... :-( I dont know if any of this makes sense, just thought i will rant and make myself feel better....
