straightflop, Congratulations!!!!!! You've made it through the worst part. And it is great that you're focusing on the positive changes. Just keep doing what you've been doing and you will be fine. Well, maybe getting out and moving around would be a good thing too : ) What's your one week reward? -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 88 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,520 Amount Saved: $598.40 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 8 Mins: 21 Seconds: 10

Straightflop, that first week is DIFFICULT... but you made it!! Congratulations, and keep doing what you're doing! Quitting smoking is a process... and it does take time to get comfortable with, but if you can deal with the first week, you can deal with the rest. Just want to thank everyone here as even just reading all the posts i have found a wealth of information. Doing well. I never thought I would go a week without any type of nico or ciggarette. Benefits after 1 week: I don't wake up coughing and weazing anymore I don't lay in bed at night weazing. I just don't weaze anymore :) My concentration is back from day 1 and 2 I have a bit more energy than before. I actually want to do more than sit around the house. I just feel better and that makes me want to take walks, eat better, be more healthy in general. Thanks all My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 150 Amount Saved: $30.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 18 Mins: 58 Seconds: 38
