Thank you so much for that, Pat. Handling difficult life situations as non-smokers is a big hurdle for us all, I think. I have lost many quits because of stress, pain and sadness. Smoking never changed any of it and this quit, I deliberatley think back on those times and make myself re-live them in my mind without the smoking. It sounds masochistic but I believe it will help me be ready for the next curve ball. Pat, your calm, grounded, common-sense posts have helped me a lot and set an excellent example.
