Okay, So the error message doesn't mean anything I guess. Kev, I have been watching you since the day of your first post. It's been very difficult for you, and I just know that eventually you are going to beat this addiction. I think the new laws in UK will help you a lot. I hope your new aid is just what you need. You have support lined up, and that's always a good thing. All you need now is the willpower to finally kick the habit. I've never used the inhaler method...it sounds interesting...after this last quit on Chantix I don't know how I would do if I tried an NRT (it didn't work before). Stick around, I really want to see you succeed....kind of like "i knew you when" and I do have a supply of Pat's hammers...she sends her regards! Btw, I hope the refills for the inhaler arrive today. Why, they only give one days worth in the starter pack is beyond me. Kev. If you're -10 days to quitting then you will be starting your fist day on my celebration of 100. This will be a very neat way of keeping tabs on you and I can wave at you from the beach to encourage you to follow asap. Just a thought. Kev, I was chatting with the cleaner here about an hour ago and she said "if that door is unlocked on Monday, i'm going in there and smoking - F*** em, they're messing with my human rights" Two thoughts came to mind "hmmm, wonder if Miss Chakrabhatti will take up her case" and "this may not be straightforward come Monday" Glad it doesn't affect me any more!! Hi Penitent :) Do you mean to say that my rum isn't 110% proof? :) I'll be honest, I don't know where some of these medical studies get their figures from. I read something about placebo's too and I thought Placebo was a band! :) Btw, BIIIG sign in the smoking room now stating that it will be shut from July 1st, and now the bus shelter is slowly taking shape from outside my window. They're not getting me in that thing. I will have quit by then. Theres nothing like seeing a cold iron bus shelter in the rain and wind and thinking 'actually i don't think i will go for a smoke'. Kev, I'm no Pythagoras but 500% success rate? Does that mean THAT for every 100 people who try to quit this way, 500 are successful? :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/18/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 1134 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 22,680 Amount Saved: 5,670.00 Life Gained: Days: 182 Hrs: 3 Mins: 31 Seconds: 48

Hi Gen, Thanks. Yes, I feel really happy about it. It works very well once I sucked a bit harder.
