First of all, thank you so much stickin to it. I did read your post on the other thread and was very encouraged by it. It really is comforting to know that the thoughts, cravings, triggers, and all around pain in the a$$ after effects of smoking eventually go away.
It was very kind of you to place your post here to make sure that I saw it.
Unhooked; Do I Love your shoe box lady..I laughed out loud when I first saw it. It is a definite comic relief in times of nicotine madness. Or should I say, in times of destroying the nicotine madness; whatever, you know what I mean. Where is Dee, MamaG (her picture cracked me up also), davis cup? and, I think, mylast? They were clamoring and climbing in the treehouse. Hopefully, we will hear from some of them. Until then, girl, we gotta stick together. And, stickin to it, I would love for you to be a quit buddy also. You are there, dude! You are truly free.
Am still having trouble falling asleep. I got some of those over the counter sleep aids and some melatonin. I think that the over the counters make me groggy in the mornings, and I am only taking half the recommended dose. I get so exhausted after about 3 days that on the fourth night I pass out. Then, it starts all over again. It is frustrating. But, like you so wisely said, stickin, Mother time will probably take care of this also. Well, thankfully, I believe that this is the fourth night! I am wiped out. Have a peaceful nights sleep.
