I know you're not going to believe this, but the pic I have here is of our only female....Maddi. We also call her Maddi Mae. This is unbelievable. I promise, I'm not making this up. I just showed my husband your post. Our boys are Merlin and Jester (from the movie Top Gun). We had a Maverick that passed away about a year ago.
Sitting in your chair is a trigger. The more you do it, the less it will bother you. For me, driving was hard. I chain smoked on the drive to and from work. Now, it really doesn't bother me at all. Instead of smoking while driving to work, I have a breakfast bar. On the way home, I chew gum. Find something to distract yourself.
